Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, credentials, and approvals on time. Delays in client response may affect project timelines, for which ZEDIX will not be responsible.
After full payment, the final website design and development belongs to the client. However, ZEDIX reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Reasonable revisions are included as per the selected package. Ongoing maintenance or long-term support is provided only if included in the agreed plan.
If hosting services are provided by ZEDIX, we ensure best efforts for uptime. However, ZEDIX is not liable for downtime caused by server issues, third-party providers, or force majeure events.
ZEDIX shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
ZEDIX reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, misuses the services, or fails to make payments as agreed.
